2. Keep Only The Important Things!

Yes, you do not need all those extra pots and pans! Keep only the ones you frequently use for your daily cooking activity.

Too much of unnecessary items in your kitchen can only make your kitchen look messy and not practical to use, as most of the spaces are used to keep all those unnecessary items!

Keep stuff in its proper place. Don't leave on table top. A messy kitchen is not a fun place to be in.

"But all of these items are useful during occasions and holidays when family and friends came together to our house." Yes! there is no denial about this, that is why our next tips are important!

3. Organize Your Storage

Identify your need for storage capacity. Both modern and traditional lifestyle will need a different kind of design to cater to their needs.

Most Modern families do not really need much of storage capacity comparing to Traditional families who make use of their kitchen more than the Modern families do.

This is where the Designer skill takes place; to measure your kitchen size and plan the space wisely to get the proper storage capacity that suits your needs.

As Traditional families will need a bigger storage, a full height kitchen cabinet and full kitchen fittings will be very helpful to keep all the kitchen items properly inside the cabinet and keep the kitchen look clean.

4. Keep Your Kitchen Dry and Clean

We received many feedbacks from homeowners who faced problem with their kitchen. The most common issues that we get is "How do we avoid water damage at our sink area?" or "How do we remove hard stains on our worktop?"

Just like other spaces in your home; (bedroom, study room, living room), your kitchen should be as dry and clean too!

Many homeowners are not aware that the Sink Area is the most Cancerous Area inside the kitchen! Why ? The Sink Area is where all the heavy duty cleaning takes place; the water splash during washing will make the area wet and cause a leakage problem. Water spill left in the sink area will slowly sip through the edges of the sink and creates a leakage problem that will cost you a lot of money!

Prevention is always better than curing! Let's practice a good habit; always wipe dry the wet area inside your kitchen, especially the sink area and do not leave the wet towel on your worktop!
